Who needs an Intranet? You do! That is, unless you don't want everyone in your office to have quick & easy access to the Office handbook, CAD Manual, Contact List, Job Numbers, etc. OfficeWeb Intranet becomes your firm's "private Internet". It contains Web pages viewable across your office computer network, but not to the "outside" world.

These Add-Ins (available only directly from the author) allow all computer users to "fill-in-the-blank" from within their browser (requires MS Office 97*).

The "Add-Ins" are;

In-Out Board;* Blanks for personnel's names, time of return, & in/out check box. Very convenient. Everyone can check it from his or her computer.

Project Scheduler spreadsheet;* PERT-type chart of active projects allows viewing & planning A/E workload over several weeks. Actually an Excel Spreadsheet, but works within MS Internet Explorer, similar to the DOC files as described above. This is a sample file that must be edited for your office. Requires manual updating each week, but that allows more flexibility.

Rainy Day to-do List;* A convenient way to list (& delegate) those miscellaneous "Things to Do".

Suggestion "Box";* A digital replacement of a familiar old office icon.

"Want" Book;* Check boxes for many of the most common items purchased by A/E offices, also with blank fill-in-the-blank spaces. When someone "wants" something, they add it to this list. Use as a shopping list. Contains over 30 common items & several blank spaces.
